Caught in Time: Archival Record Conservation – Talk
Join us on Monday 25th October for a talk from BIAG member Victoria Stevens, who is an accredited member of the Institute of Conservation (Icon) and a highly experienced library and archive conservator and she will be speaking about the conservation of archival records. The talk will be a case study of two very different collections: the miners’ bonds and mining plans of the Common room of the Great North (the old North East Institute of Mining and Mechanical Engineers) and the Rex Wailes collection of mill drawings and plans for the Mills Archive.
You can find joining instructions here.
