Decommissioning of Reading Gas Holder – The First Cut

Since the new year there have been activities on the Reading Gas Holder site in New Town, and the ground has been cleared.  The old concrete water tower disappeared recently but this week the first cuts have been made to the actual above ground framework.  She won’t be with us for long now!
