Focus on Hungerford – West Berkshire Museum

A new free exhibition focussed on Hungerford’s history will be on display at the West Berkshire Museum in Newbury until 4th September 2022.  An old market town sitting on the Kennet and Avon canal, Hungerford had all of the expected industries of a local conurbation – Mills, Gas Works……
