If you’re just milling about in Berkshire…

… then why not visit one of the heritage mills sites in the county and surrounding locale. We have the Mills Archive, a charity devoted to protecting and preserving our mills heritage which sits in Reading; it is one of the world’s great mill collections. It has rescued over 3 million documents and images that might otherwise have ended up in a landfill site and now makes them freely available to the public. We also have a number of working mills and on 27th April you can see the Longbridge Mill producing flour and may even bump in to BIAG’s own Sheila Viner who is a member of the milling team.
