DUE TO COVID-19 BIAG HAS DECIDED TO CANCEL ALL OF OUR PLANNED MEETINGS. WE HOPE TO RECOMMENCE MEETINGS IN SPRING 2021 ALTHOUGH AT LEAST THE EARLY ONES ARE LIKELY TO BE HELD ONLINE.
While we publish the latest information on non-BIAG meetings please check with the providers if you are planning to attend as changes may happen at short notice.
BIAG has always run an annual programme of talks on the 3rd Monday of the month held in the hall of St Mary’s Church, Castle Street, Reading, RG1 7RD. Access to the hall is through the right hand side passage. To view the venue location (click here). All meetings start at 19.30 and are expected to run until around 21.00 with a short break for tea and coffee. Non-members are welcome to attend; a fee of £2.50 is payable to defray costs. We also hold a number of outings through the year ranging from heritage walks to visits to specific events and locations with an industrial heritage bias.
Event shown in RED are part of our BIAG programme; those in orange are from related organisations which we feel will be of interest.
